Debbie Smith and Jason Jones are master real estate investors who specialize in locating and researching the best commercial and multi-unit buildings in the country. They currently own and operate Prosper Real Estate Investments, an organization dedicated to helping both the novice and expert investor alike efficiently locate investment property. They also offer a service that allows investors to use their retirement funds like an IRA or old 401K to invest in real estate. Debbie Smith became interested in real estate as a school teacher in Los Angeles, CA. While teaching, it didn't take her long to realize that teaching wasn't the fastest way to get ahead. After scrutinizing the market for the most time tested and reliable ways to invest, she found real estate to be the vehicle that would get her ahead while at the same time allow her to help in the community as she did while teaching. Debbie has her Masters Degree in Human Development as well as her real estate license in California and Nevada.

Growing up in the United Kingdom, Jason Jones saw what it was like to see people struggling to make ends meet. This drove him to become a Bank Manager and Certified Financial Planner where he quickly was able to see the advantages of real estate investing. His greatest satisfaction in life is to see the people he helps invest, retire how and when they want to.

Together Debbie and Jason have spent countless hours attending investment seminars and studying the market in order to better understand what the investor needs. They understand that locating properties can often be a tedious and time consuming process. For the investor looking to save time or to retire quickly, Debbie and Jason are powerful allies. They now travel around the country streamlining the investment process by researching properties and educating investors. Recently their real estate club and newsletter was featured on CNN and Las Vegas Review Journal because of their knowledge of the Las Vegas real estate market, where they currently reside.
