Debbie Smith became interested in real estate as a school teacher in Los
Angeles, CA. While teaching, it didn't take her long to realize that
teaching wasn't the fastest way to get ahead. After scrutinizing the market
for the most time tested and reliable ways to invest, she found real estate
to be the vehicle that would get her ahead while at the same time allow her
to help in the community as she did while teaching. Debbie has her Masters
Degree in Human Development as well as her real estate license in California
and Nevada.
Growing up in the United Kingdom, Jason Jones saw what it was like to see
people struggling to make ends meet. This drove him to become a Bank Manager
and Certified Financial Planner where he quickly was able to see the
advantages of real estate investing. His greatest satisfaction in life is to
see the people he helps invest, retire how and when they want to.

seminars and studying the market in order to better understand what the
