Taking Prosper Investments 3-day commercial mentoring class has put me over the top and made me feel comfortable with making offers that before I was not sure how to do. I’ve taken classes for 1½ to 2 years prior to this class. After taking all those classes before, I felt like I knew enough information. I knew the process and I was not interested in taking any more classes unless it was focused on getting results and leading to submitting effective offers. After the class, I got my results and closed on a 7 unit apartment building! This is my first rental property thanks to this class. Now I’m learning the process of being a landlord. I am keeping this apartment building but through this class, I am also learning how to flip for extra cash. Jason’s help and support really made the class a great learning experience and I suggest it to everyone!
Prosper Investments 3-day mentoring program was the greatest thing that has happened to me. I couldn’t be happier with the service and knowledge Jason showed everyone. My favorite part of the 3-day mentoring program was the financial analysis and seeing how much passive income you will get. This training puts you with like-minded people and you build great relationships. Thanks to this training I bought a 12-unit building! Now after the training, I feel more comfortable finding properties and making offers. My next task is learning how to flip properties and not reporting to The Man!

It was a very great experience for me, although it’s something I have always been afraid of. Jason was so great; I felt I was with family. They took me through one step at a time.
