Two commonly asked questions are…“How do I find a property that has a great cap rate?” and “How do I know which properties are best for me?” Both are great questions and we know that they are both extremely relevant in today’s marketplace. In this 3-day training session these questions will be answered.

You will be training closely with ICRE (Institute of Commercial Real Estate) instructor, Jason Jones who has experience of over 20 years in real estate. This personal training takes place within a small intimate group of investors led by Jason in the Las Vegas field. Within the 3 days we will look at multiple deals in Vegas, analyze them to see which ones work and which ones do not, and then finally write "Letters of Intent" on the best properties.

This is a very hands on training out in the field. In past training sessions students have been extremely successful in contracting on multiple deals, some of which the students have flipped to make some quick money and some properties that students have decided to hold

We will show you how we have successfully been able to purchase properties without any credit and no down-payment money required! We can provide the proof of funds, any letters needed as well as the money for you to do the FLIPS. Again, this is all with no credit or down-payment money needed!
